Update!!!!

Ok, just wanted to let ya know that I posted some pics into my last blog. Take a lookie. I still have to write a blog about my daughters bday, but I have to finish transferring the pics from one freakin mem card to another, because the new on that I bought does not get recognized by my computer for some reason...

Sucks, but it is what it is right? So when I have the time to get that done....lol

But for now, I have to start closing my day here, so I can go pick the girls up at school.

Later!!!!!

Where does the time go? Hell if I know....LMAO

Well it was reallllllly a busy weekend.

I had the kiddos, and Friday night my ex MIL stayed with us, because her car was broke down, and I live close to her work. I had to work a lil late so the plan was that my Amanda, (sister from another world *thats a good thing y'all*) would pick the girls up from Shirley at work, and as soon as I got in, I would go grab them from her. That I did.

The when Shirley got off work, the girls and I went and picked her up, came back home. She ate, the girls and she were off to bed, and I cleaned up a lil bit of the house. From there I went to bed..

This was my first night using a CPAP. I told you I have alot that I want to say, I just haven't had the time to do it....still really don't, so I will short version as much as possible...and then if ya have any questions just ask.

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea...so, I am on a 2 week trial with a CPAP. I still haven't got the settings on it quite right...still working on that...I will wake in the middle of the night and my nasal passages are pretty dry..the first couple of nights i took it off on purpose. Lastnight, I intended on keeping it on all night...I don't remember taking it off, but either I did, or, moving around in my sleep caused it to come off, it was on the floor this morning when I got up. Takes a bit of getting used to.

Anyway...so back to Friday, I was off to bed....I don't know what time it was when Greg got home, it was after midnight...I think actually seeing me with that thing on kept him awake, thank god mine isn't a full mask, right? He was constantly checking on me.

On to Saturday, we all had to get up early. There were 4 of us in the house that needed to get baths, and we had to take Shirley to work, and then it was off to the Chandler Pow Wow. This is a parade that the whole community pretty much participates in. I have attended faithfully since Kayla was in Kindergarten because they are on a float EVERY year! Some times they dress up for it, sometimes they don't...but each grade has a float or at least both elementary's do... Greg went again this year...this is the second year in a row that he has made it and I am proud of him. Considering he drove home from Mineral Well's at the buttcrack of midnight. I am sure he didn't want to but I am sure that the girls enjoyed it. We actually got pretty good pics of them this year...I am usually always on the opposite side of the road to get a pic of Sierra...lol, this year we weren't...and the float that KK was on was actually low enough it didn't matter so, we got good ones of her too.

Yeah, I could kick Greg square in his ass for this picture...knowin I was gettin aggrevated at the slow ass folks taking their time dropping their kids off....lol

Thats my Sierra on the 3rd grade float. At least she was smiling in this one....lol. The first couple of years she didn't.

Greg took this one, pretty good considering he really couldn't see what was in the view finder...lol

She's just cheesin' in this one.

This would be the ambulance that the parade had to make room for on the road....right in the middle of it too.. Thats a first since I have attended this thing.

Kayla is the one in the striped shirt...with the short hair...lol

We finally got her to look at us after losing our voices trying...lol

I had to....lol, this is a strange picture to be here....this is my old landlord, he was awfully good to us. I said Hey Jim! Smile! looked at me like I was nuts, I said...I took your picture...he said, "Why?" He is the the city manager there...and he was working security/expediting at the Pow Wow.

I saw a friend of mine that I have not seen in person for a while. We have conversed on myspace for the last year or so, just have got together. I went to High School with her, we worked together when my kids were little bitty...way before her son was born. I saw Lindsey across the street from me. So Greg and I walked over and I scared the crap outta her.. she was sitting on the ground and I came up behind her and put my hands on her shoulder...she turned around and looked like...HUH? OH HEY!!!! I haven't seen you in forever!!!!

She introduced me to Shawn, her other half, and I introduced her to Greg. She actually remembers meeting him a long time ago. Greg doesn't remember that at all...of course Greg needs to take his Gingko....I can't remember when it happened, but she does. Ok...haha. Anyway. She told me that she and Shawn were getting married in November. I know this has been a long time coming for her. She has come so far from before her son was born, and I am very proud of her. She has been going to school, or did anyway, and has been a Counselor for the last couple of years, and now she is getting her teaching certification. That is just awesome. She told me her son was on a church float. LiL toot just turned 4, and is freakin adorable. Blondie boy. His name is Luke. Told her to let me know what float he was on so I could get a pic of him. She said I sure will...I can't believe I forgot my camera....so, now, I will have to up load that pic along with the others to myspace and link them to her. As soon as I have the time anyway. She and I are linked in other ways too. Luke's father and my ex husband that is all I am going to say about that. Because that is all that needs said....LoL
Ok, this is Lindsey's son Luke. He is the lil blondie with the bucket under the word United. I will probably crop that before I put it on myspace just so it really shows just him.

Have I ever told you how outgoing my oldest daughter is? No? Well...she is. She is 100 times more scared of bugs than she is people. She LOVES to sing...could use a bit of training but she loves to sing. In the shower, to herself, in the car, to the tune of the radio station inside her head. She loves to sing in public. I suppose thats my fault. I love to sing too. BUT....to get up in front of a crowd and do it, all by myself? You are talking terrified to the point of p'ing myself. Her?? Oh, no! Anything singing related she is in it. Festivals at school...Church...and yes...the talent show at the Pow Wow. She didn't get to this year, we didn't have the time for that. But last year, the one year I didn't get to stay with the girls....she gets up and sings her lil heart out in front of at least a thousand people. My friend Tammy called me on her cell as she was up there singing....and I listened...tore me up that I couldn't have stayed longer and seen it.

But last year I signed her up to be able to do "Bear Radio" The school radio station. So at fall festival last year, she got to do a lil spot announcing. She got to do the same thing at the Pow Wow this year.

I am just in awe of my child. Now if I could both of them to clean their rooms and brush their teeth everyday.. that would be AWESOME!!!

Saturday evening, my downstairs neighbor, pretty much a second mother to me.....has what she calls "Rib Fest" and oh boy! She weren't kiddin....ribs with bbq sauce, without RACKS AND RACKS OF THEM...bbq chicken legs, country style ribs, the pkg of pork grillers that I had in my freezer... corn on the cob, potato salad, oriental salad, peach cobbler, chocolate pie, and BANANA PUDDING!!! You have to know that I am allergic to bananas, but, if there is banana puddin....I am taking that risk (after taking benedryl of course)......I was so happily miserable. LoL

Sunday......We moved around half of the house. Just so I could move my computer desk in the livingroom. If you have ever seen it, it is big ol' mutha fudger. LoL....takes up alot of room, so, we had to basically move our livingroom entirely around. OMG, you shoulda seen all the damn paper work that came out of that desk. I covered my entire bed.. and about half the floor on the other side of it...course that wasn't ALLLL paperwork. LoL.

Greg helped me get all the components hooked back up and the couch and TV moved, then he had to leave for Dallas. So I got stuck having to put all the stuff up.. which I am not finished with. I also aquired another dresser lastnight. Unfortunately the only place I had open to put it was in my room. Where we had moved the desk from. It needs to be in the kids room, because 2 of them are falling apart. But I will leave that for another day. I was pretty much too tired to even get online. I still have alot to do....just gotta get to it.

Ok, I gotta get the Hell offa here so I can go home....look forward to pics once I can get them loaded.....I'm sure I am not done with this thing yet....lol
