Geez. Have I ever mentioned how I hate Monday's? No? Well guess what? I hate Monday's.
This is pretty much the busiest day at work, where, it pretty much takes my whole shift and sometimes longer to just be able to know if all reservations will be covered or not. That pretty much sucks. What sucks worse is when the car washer from the day before, has enough to cover at least the first flight of reservations.....but before you can even get the office good and open, you have more than double the cars reserved for the first flight in....OY!
Monday's are the big bad mofo that you don't wanna meet in a dark alley, where most of your reservations are for our "select" customers that what what we don't have to start with, you also get the bitchy whiney customers that want you to chrome toasty a vehicle straight out of your ass without so much as a noise....BLAH!
The good thing is I have hired another part time car washer for W-Sun, and that should be a major help. Now I just have to hire a part time rental agent to take my W-F evening shift and get that person trained. But I seriously think that I am going to train everyone I hire to work counter just in case the need arises. Especially since it is a small operation, there should be no reason why it can't be done.
Hopefully the rest of the week will run more smoothly. I can only hope.
